2009 Belloni Zinfandel

The 2009 Belloni has all the complexities one expects of a field blend co-fermentation that includes Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Carignane, and Alicante Bouschet. Soft, ripe, perfumed nose of dark fruit, boysenberry, and plums with highlights of tobacco, apricot, licorice, and mocha lead to a rich, clean, slightly jammy finish with velvety tannins.
